
A Bit About Me...
I’m someone who’s happiest surrounded by animals, discovering new coffee shops, or soaking up the sun on a beach. I’ve spent years traveling the world, even living off the grid for a while, and those experiences shaped so much of who I am today. I grew up dancing for 13 years, later became an aerialist, and even trained Muay Thai in Thailand. Over time I realized that movement - in all its forms - wasn’t just about changing the way I looked, it was about discovering what my body could do. My movement journey is ever evolving just as I am.
But through all of that, I also found myself stuck in the cycle of yo-yo dieting. I’d “get in shape” for a while, only to lose it just as quickly after hitting my goal. After years of frustration with my inability to maintain results, I finally dove deep into health, fitness, and mindset to learn how to create lasting change. Now I’m here to help you do the same.
As a coach, I support people in reaching their health goals through a client-centered approach where you lead the way and I help guide the process. My mission is to make sure you not only see results, but also leave with the knowledge and confidence to keep them for life.
I hold certifications through ACE, OFNC, and HMCC L1 & L2, which allow me to coach through the lenses of nutrition, fitness, and behavior change. I’m also currently a student in Mac-Nutrition Uni, continuing to deepen my knowledge so I can bring even more value to the people I work with.
